out because of their hardness, with similar prices to the designed
for tender products.
The kind of meat ( like old cows ) that it is used to produce by-products,
it could be commercialized in a great percentage, as meat.
The poultry birds industry could set up lower breeding standards
in kg., reducing substantially it´s cost. A chicken of 1,5
kg. Injected with the 30% of Sampsuco, it would obtain a standard
of 1,95 kg./2 kg. The obtained weight it wont change during the
distribution and commercialization chain.
