With Sampsuco, the meat industry would be able to obtain the following new products:

- Meat for keen on high competence sports.

- Meat with a real weight in supermerkets, and without wasting the injected product.

Producers could be able to sell products that at the moment are being left out because of their hardness, with similar prices to the designed for tender products.
The kind of meat ( like old cows ) that it is used to produce by-products, it could be commercialized in a great percentage, as meat.
The poultry birds industry could set up lower breeding standards in kg., reducing substantially it´s cost. A chicken of 1,5 kg. Injected with the 30% of Sampsuco, it would obtain a standard of 1,95 kg./2 kg. The obtained weight it wont change during the distribution and commercialization chain.
