SOME
TESTS WITH SAMPSUCO
Our
product has been tested in the following meats:

Bovines. ( cows, bulls, young bulls ).

Ovines. ( sheeps, rams, lambs )
-
Porcines. ( pigs, wild boars )
-
Poultry birds. ( chickens, turkeys, doves, partridges ).
This
tests were realized injecting an average of the 30% of the product,
having a final drep, 24 hours later, and with an ambient temperature
of:
-
0,117% variation for Samsuco.
-
22,20% variation for other brines.
The
same tests were done in a 3 celsius degrees, and with the same results.
The
meat coction had the following results:
-
In poultry birds (chicken and turkey) the cooking time was reduced
in a 50% and 70 %.
-
In porcine the cooking time was reduced in a 50%.
-
In ovine the cooking time was reduced in a 50 %.
-
In porcine the cooking time was reduced in a 48%.
