Sampsuco has an expiry date, superior to one year, without being injected, and it´s decay only can occur if the meat it´s rotting, but not, in the other way.

Technology innovation:

Sampsuco it´s taken into account, as a prototype for the many other products that could be done , thanks to it´s formulation and it´s aplication system.
Now a days there are no industries prepared to process Sampsuco, but the investment, to prepare the industries for this new injection system, it´s very low, and it´s confirmed that this change wouldn´t take longer than thirty days.
